Where do they come from?: after the mansion incident. Much later.

Short bio: Rebecca was sent to the Arklay Mountains on her first case to investigate a series of cannibalistic homicides. During Bravo Team's search of the area, they discovered the wreckage of a military police van, along with the corpses of the drivers and guards and documents of a prisoner, Billy Coen, that was being transported to a Military base for Execution.

Upon further investigation of the area, Rebecca uncovered the Umbrella Corporation's secret company train, the Ecliptic Express. Rebecca, chose not to radio for backup as she believed she could handle things by herself. Within the train, Rebecca immediately encountered the passengers, who were already turned into zombies as a result of an earlier attack. Rebecca was able to fend for herself for a time and met with the fugitive, Billy Coen. After witnessing the death of Bravo Team member Edward Dewey, as well as the appearance of mutated animals, Rebecca and Billy made a temporary alliance and teamed up. The train began to move again, due to the dextrous manipulations of Umbrella operatives sent by Wesker and Birkin.

The train eventually arrived at Umbrella's top-secret training facility within the region. Rebecca and Billy assisted each other throughout, overcoming many of the facility's traps and obstacles, as well as many of the Bio-Organic Creatures that were being raised within the structure. These events were able to strengthen Rebecca's trust with Billy, to the point that she lied to her commanding officer Enrico Marini, when he asked for Billy's whereabouts via radio. Eventually, the two found themselves at a tram car, which led to another of Umbrella's underground labs. Although briefly separated, the two eventually found each other and made their way to the deepest levels of the facility. They met with the true culprit behind the outbreak, James Marcus. Marcus was a founding member of Umbrella who was betrayed by his apprentices, but was revived after being consumed by his genetically-altered leeches that were infected with the Progenitor Virus. Marcus transformed into the Queen Leech. Although he seemed impervious to firearms, Rebecca and Billy quickly discovered that Marcus was vulnerable to sunlight. This, Billy baited Marcus while Rebecca was opening the roof hatch eventually exposing Marcus to the light of day and destroying him for good.

Rebecca and Billy parted ways, with Rebecca taking Billy's dog tags as a reminder of him and the events that took place. Rebecca rendezvoused with the remainder of her team within the Spencer Mansion. Rebecca managed to find the bedroom and fell in to a deep sleep, waking up after having a nightmare. There she met up with Richard Aiken and the two searched the mansion for captain Enrico Marini. However, due to a hightened ammount of Web Spinner's, the two stopped the search.

Alpha Team was later sent to rescue Bravo Team and Rebecca met with outstanding member Chris Redfield. The two teamed up, with Rebecca providing her superior intellect in situations that required it, such as playing a piano or mixing chemicals, while Chris saved Rebecca's life on a few occasions.

Eventually, the two uncovered that Alpha Team leader Albert Wesker was the one who masterminded the deaths of several S.T.A.R.S. members and was personally responsible for Enrico Marini's assasination. However, Chris and Rebecca eventually foiled Wesker's plot, with Chris and Jill destroying the Tyrant whilst Rebecca activating the self-destruct mechanism of the lab that Wesker had installed. Rebecca, Chris, Jill and Barry Burton escaped on the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team helicopter piloted by Brad Vickers.
Upon her return to civilization, Rebecca wrote a police report detailing Billy Coen's death.

Recently
She did not stay in Racoon City for much longer after that. Transferring some place far away. Time passed and she heard the mansion incident had spread further then just that. She thought it was contained, but it wasn’t. It spread like the plague but faster. Consuming the world as she knew it and surviving turned into a fight to survive. Any slip up how ever small it may be could mean death. But unfortunately for her it was not a guaranteed cretin death.

Short Personality: (A couple of paragraphs.)

She is smart and well educated and perhaps one of her biggest flaws is the fact that she wont let you forget it. She being the youngest of the STARS team did not like the fact that many of the team members didn’t give credit where credit was due. She can handle a gun well and has military training as well as medical training.

She is caring and refuses to leave anyone behind risking her own life to give safety. Becca can be a bit impulsive at times but generally when she is not fighting for her life she is pretty easy going and friendly

RP Sample:
She was alone. And those things were everywhere. She moved out of her hiding place. Where she had slept if you can call it that. Theses days sleeping consisted of being able to wake to a pin drop because if you didn’t you might not wake up at all. There was no way she could function without sleeping, it just was not humaly possible.

Screams were heard. Male and approaching. “Shit..” she said and wanted so badly to ignore it but she couldn’t. She couldn’t leave who ever was alive out there alone to die horribly. She took in a deep breath and checked her wepon quickly. Full clip and one in the hole. She was ready to go.

She opened p the front door after looking through the small peep hole. Moving out onto the streets. She heard the pounding feet scrambling towards her. Along with his crys for help, she also heard the moans of the locals coming for him. She moved quickly, skillfully and most importantly carefully towards him. Arm stretched out as they met to fire a bullet into the approaching mass. Small mass thankfully about ten. One was hit and feell. He wouldn’t get up. Down to nine.

She grabbed the guy and said “No time, lets go…” and she took off running with him beside her. Her heart beat furiously in her chest. Adrenaline pumping as she moved. Eyes scanning for an opening and she found one. A store with a door intact. Pushing it open she pulled the male inside with her. Before she could rest she had to make sure it was all clear. Then she would deal with the possible threat of the new male, his possible infection and maybe even his name.
